Over the last six months, anxiety and stress have climbed, especially for people in the LGBTQ+ community. And no wonder. The current administration has rolled back measures protecting civil rights and preventing discrimination. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has stopped processing all sexual orientation and gender identity discrimination claims. This year alone, 869 anti-LGBTQ+ bills are under consideration across the U.S and 72 anti-trans laws have passed in 21 states. And, the plan to cut suicide hotline funding could have lethal consequences for our loved ones.
In the face of these escalating challenges, it’s more important than ever to reflect on how we show up for each other at work. During Pride Month, join us for a thoughtful conversation about workplace well-being in a hostile climate. Leaders have little control over outside events, but they can create psychologically safe and supportive work environments.
Join us for a 1-hour free webinar hosted by The Diversity Movement’s LGBTQ+ inclusion expert, Susie Silver. We’ll explore how organizations can provide support for LGBTQ+ employees, even as external support is eroding. Throughout the hour, our panel will discuss:

- How to demonstrate authentic allyship
- Intersectional needs of Gen Z employees who identify as LGBTQ+
- How ERGs can boost belonging and provide crucial support
- Helpful LGBTQ+ resources
