About This Webinar

This on‑demand webinar prepares National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaches to support adult clients who identify with ADHD using a neurodiversity‑affirming, evidence‑informed coaching approach. The course provides a clear overview of ADHD in adulthood, common functional challenges, and how these challenges often present within health and wellness coaching contexts.

Participants will learn how to partner with clients to increase awareness, build support systems, and strengthen self‑efficacy—while maintaining clear boundaries of coaching scope and ethical referral practices. The course enhances coaching competence by integrating reflective case study exercises, applied methodology, best coaching practices, and a sample coaching session demonstration focused on sustainable behavior change.

Learning Objectives:
- Define ADHD, examine the symptoms, and describe some effective medical interventions ​
​- Examine unique and "not so unique" experiences and challenges of adults with ADHD​
- Discuss a Coach Approach to support clients struggling with adult ADHD symptom management​​
- Evaluate case studies to find effective coaching techniques with suggestions from an experienced ADHD coach​
- Observe a sample coaching session for coaching someone with ADHD symptoms

Christine works full time at Work Place Options as a Certified ICF ACC Coach and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC‑HWC). Her background includes nonprofit work and entrepreneurship, as well as specialized experience coaching neurodivergent clients through a dedicated platform and facilitating group coaching sessions focused on executive functioning skills for adults with ADHD. She holds a B.A. in Biology from the University of North Carolina.
Passionate about cultivating clarity, resilience, and positive mindsets, Christine is committed to helping clients define goals and move forward with confidence.
