Gretchen has her Master’s in Public Health and is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian (RD), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and Certified Yoga Teacher. Her work in public health has allowed her to serve in roles such as educator, grants manager, training coordinator, subject matter expert, community partner, and coach. Coaching has been a part of her professional career since 2015. An ardent and dedicated health care professional, Jody has provided over a decade of support resolving complex nursing challenges as an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and for a short duration also enjoyed assisting families as a DONA post-partum doula. Her philosophy is to educate parents and support them in achieving the best breastfeeding outcomes for their families.

Jody has been coaching as a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) since 2021. Coaching clients from around the world, she brings professional expertise and engagement to her clients by providing empathy and encouragement while creating a space for them to discover strengths on their path to success.

Maintaining her own goals for growth, she is currently pursuing the International Coaching Federation’s Associate Certified Coach credential.

With life experiences ranging from being a parent of four, to owning her own business, to over 40 years as a volunteer La Leche League Leader supporting breastfeeding parents, Martha has the empathy and skills to help coaching clients thrive.
