About This Study Group
Join veteran Wolfram Language instructor and developer David Withoff in this Study Group and expand your understanding of core programming topics and mathematics functionality in the language. We'll cover programming topics such as evaluation, assignments and evaluation rules, monitoring and debugging, local variables, program interfaces, data plotting, visualization and common special expressions. Symbolic and applied math topics include geometry, solving equations, approximate numbers, matrices, linear algebra, calculus, time series and image processing. A basic working knowledge of the Wolfram Language or introductory-level skill in any programming language is recommended.
Sessions include short lessons, poll questions to review key concepts, practice problems and Q&A. A certificate of program completion will be awarded to participants who attend online sessions and pass quizzes.
