The state of sustainable grocery packaging—and what’s next

Rachel Kenyon is Senior Vice President of the Fibre Box Association (FBA), a non-profit trade association representing North American manufacturers of corrugated packaging. Rachel’s primary responsibilities include the association’s communications, marketing, and member relations. Rachel joined the Fibre Box Association in 2008 as FBA’s Director of Member and Industry Relations and began serving as Vice President in 2011.

Jeff Scott serves as the COO at Kwik Lok and has been with the company since December 2016. He has three decades plus of experience at retail, wholesale and manufacturing, including business development and distribution with Ace Hardware Corp. Jeff brings a customer centric passion to Kwik Lok and his focus and responsibilities are on strategic planning, customer service, innovation, operational excellence and sustainability.

Kat Martin is content manager for Winsight Grocery Business with a focus on the independent grocery sector. Kat has more than 20 years of experience covering the retail food industry, including five years at Progressive Grocer, where she covered a range of industry segments from independent grocers to gourmet retail. She began her career at Modern Baking, covering the in-store and retail bakery markets. Kat holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in English/Creative Writing and History from Sweet Briar College, Sweet Briar, Va.
