Rocky Mountain Regional Director
Tyler Thigpen Bell is the Director of Westervelt’s Rocky Mountain Region. She joined the Westervelt Ecological Services team in March 2020 and her responsibilities
include management of Rocky Mountain Region staff and overseeing administrative processes, sales, restoration project entitlement and implementation, and
land stewardship of projects throughout the Region.

Tyler is currently enrolled in a sustainability graduate certificate program at Harvard University with a projected completion date of December 2021. She is Secretary of the Society of Wetland Scientists, Rocky Mountain Chapter and received her Professional Wetland Scientist Certification in 2012. She is also an active member of The Wildlife Society and received her Certified Wildlife Biologist designation in 2015. In her spare time, Tyler enjoys hiking, hunting, downhill and water
skiing, and traveling; though, most of her time recently is spent at home with her son, John Waylon, husband, Michael, and three Labrador retrievers.

Associate Ecologist
In his role, Landrum oversees the development of mitigation projects in the Rocky
Mountain Region - including the NUAMB. He is responsible for the planning, execution, and tracking of wetland, stream, and species mitigation project approvals and compliance of mitigation projects. In addition, Landrum assists in the long-term monitoring and management of RMR bank sites.

Conservation Planner
Chloe manages the reconnaissance, site acquisition, development, compliance tracking and entitlement of various types of mitigation requirements including permittee-responsible mitigation, wetland mitigation, stream impact mitigation and species conservation banks. She works across many disciplines within the WES office as well as with a variety of federal, state, and local resource agencies to achieve regional entitlement goals.
