David Carlisle is the Vice President of Policy and Regulatory Affairs at Elliptic, the global leader in cryptoasset risk management solutions for crypto businesses and financial institutions worldwide, where he leads engagement with regulators and other external stakeholders, such as the Financial Action Task Force (FATF).
