About This Webinar

The Supreme Court's "business docket" this Term featured both prominent companies and lesser-known enterprises contesting cases that implicate such major areas of law as antitrust, copyright, securities fraud, Article III standing, and environmental regulation. Our trio of appellate advocates will offer insights on specific Court decisions as well as the broader direction of the Court, the impact of President Trump's appointees, and Chief Justice Roberts' role and leadership.
