Learn how to use the IRC, Regulations and IRM to fight the IRS with a proven method for getting penalties to disappear. This course provides citations, forms, and sample letters sure to get penalty relief. Learn the best fee structures, (even allowable contingent fee engagements) to make penalty abatement more than just fun - make it profitable.

- Learn when the IRS can assert various penalties
- Learn the statutory exceptions to penalty assertion
- Learn the IRM rules for penalty abatement
- Learn the Circular 230 rules for contingent fee agreements and limitations on fees

ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Mark F. Seid, CPA EA USTCP specializes in small businesses tax advisory, compliance and tax controversy. A National Tax Practice Institute graduate, Mark is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court. He has served as an Internal Revenue Agent with the IRS in San Jose and San Luis Obispo, California, a state director for the California Society of Enrolled Agents, and the chair for the society’s Finance and Budget committee. He regularly presents courses throughout the United States and internationally to tax professionals on issues affecting small businesses.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be honored if written notification is received at the Administrative Office within 5 business days of the webinar. A processing fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund. Cancellations within 5 business days of the webinar will not be accepted. Substitutions are allowed if received 48-hours prior to the start of the webinar. "No shows" forfeit their fees.

CANCELLATION
VASEA reserves the right to cancel any program or course for circumstances that are not under direct control of VASEA. If a course or program is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email at the address listed on their registration form.
