1. Build connection, community and create safe spaces
2. Increase representation of underrepresented groups by expanding talent outreach
3. Retain underrepresented groups through engaging and impactful programs and events
4. Market UT as an inclusive employer of choice by being UT brand ambassadors
5. Identify opportunity areas and provide feedback to influence our IDEB strategy, and lastly
6. Execute our IDEB strategy through key programs, events and initiatives
