  • About
While some Mobility-as-a-Service providers are striving to deliver an individual experience for users, overall it is clear that MaaS is still very much a one-size-fits-all solution, as is the mobility sector overall.

What can we do in order to ensure an inclusive future for transport? Where is the current research at and are there existing case studies we can learn from?

In this virtual workshop we will look at mobility through the gender and accessibility lens. We’ll analyse research and case studies on user-centric approaches to transport and discuss opportunities and barriers.

Join us for a lively discussion with a diverse panel of experts.

This session is presented by the MaaS Alliance Users & Rights Working Group/User-Centric MaaS Activity and the Urban Mobility Company.
