Renfrewshire Landlord Information Session

Under One Roof, in partnership with Renfrewshire Council and Landlord Accreditation Scotland, is hosting a free webinar for private landlords at 2pm on Wednesday 1st May.

The event will bring those attending up to date with what is happening in the private rented sector both locally and nationally.

Topics to be covered at the event will include:
- Private rented sector update, including new Repairing Standard obligations.
- Managing common repairs.
- Energy efficiency standards in the private rented sector: what you need to know.
- Renfrewshire Council: future investment programmes involving private landlords.

Speakers will include Under One Roof's Education and Training Officer, Stephen Kelly, and Elspeth Boyle, Director of Landlord Accreditation Scotland, along with representatives from Renfrewshire Council.
