With over 18 years of experience in the tourism industry, her career has included roles such as technical advisor for tourism projects in the public sector and facilitator in national programs aimed at closing management skill gaps for small and medium-sized tourism enterprises. She has also worked in various areas of the hospitality industry, carrying out B2B sales strategies and holding operational roles focused on direct customer service.

Dulce has over 15 years of experience in inbound tourism, specializing in the design and management of authentic travel experiences. Over the past five years, she has focused her career on culinary tourism, working alongside chefs, farmers, baristas, chocolatiers, sommeliers, and other experts to create experiences that connect visitors with the rich culinary heritage of Peru.

Through Exquisito Perú, she has collaborated with PromPerú, OCEX, and various state institutions such as Cenfotur, actively contributing to the promotion and international positioning of Peruvian gastronomy.
