Martha is now the US Market Specialist in PromPeru. She brings over 20 years of experience in the Travel industry, focused on Incoming Tourism. With a background in Tourism & Hospitality Management, she has a passion in promoting Peru to the world.

Communicator by profession, whose passion for travel and the potential of our destinations led her to make a sector change. After studying for a master's degree in international hospitality and tourism management in Australia, gaining experience in international and national tourism promotion organizations, and exploring our beloved Peru, working as a photographer and editor, Inés entered the world of tour operations in 2018. in the Product area of Condor Travel, part of the Expertia Travel group, where he continues to this day.

From an early age, Lucho is passionate about nature and adventure tourism. In his 30+ years of experience in this industry, he’s worked in nature travel, adventure travel, different categories of hotel management, touristic trains and a variety of projects. Lucho believes in sustainability and conservation as pillars to this business, having participated in community tourism, science projects and destination marketing strategies, both in Peru and abroad. Currently, Lucho is the Director of Sales and Marketing for Mountain Lodges of Peru, while collaborating with Promperu, SERNANP and the academic sector. Lucho sits on the board of a few companies and is also a long-distance athlete, having successfully finished marathons, triathlons and ultramarathons.
