Caroline Pando, a Peruvian professional with a solid background, has forged careers in Hotel Administration and Marketing at the San Ignacio de Loyola University and has a Master's Degree in Digital Marketing at ESIC Business & Marketing School, Spain. With more than 12 years of experience, she has contributed to world-renowned companies in areas such as trade marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, CRM, and customer service. Starting her career in customer service, Caroline has worked at internationally recognized companies and Great Place to Work. Her outstanding work led her to represent a hotel company at the most important tourism fair in the sector: Virtuoso Travel Week in Las Vegas, in 2019. In her current role as Marketing Coordinator at the Inkaterra hotel brand, she is dedicated to managing and developing digital brand strategies; as well as everything related to the international press.
