“Ah Shifty, I didn’t see you there, always hiding in the shadows and peeping!” I would often hear those words from my late father. Of the 4 girls, I was the quiet, shy one, the one who ‘wouldn’t say boo to a goose.’ So how does a painfully shy girl, lacking in confidence and self esteem, who up until the age of 32 could barely look anyone in the eye end up speaking for a living and loving it!

I speak and write internationally on the subject of personal transformation and have featured on radio and TV. I run workshops, and design and deliver training courses and events as well as writing a monthly magazine column. I’ve been told that my passion, energy and enthusiasm for the subject is infectious and that if I could find a way to bottle it I’d be a millionaire! I’m creative, funny, innovative, practical, and offer a unique mix of both esoteric and business skills.
