About
Forget VUCA, our world has now entered the era of BANI – Brittle, Anxious, Non-Linear and Incomprehensible. In a world of disruption and increasing misinformation it’s essential for HR executives to get clarity on which trends are truly driving the future of work.

Whether it is dealing with nomadic talent, the new trend of hybrid working, reskilling and upskilling staff, the unstoppable rise of a digital world and the increasing need for caring HR; HR executives are facing unprecedented challenges going forward and this requires a radical rethinking of HR processes and people practices.

It’s time for HR to get beyond the hype and put effective plans in place for their employees and companies to thrive over the next few years. No-one really knows what the future holds but the smart companies are preparing today for a variety of different future scenarios that will enable them to drive market share and profit in the medium term.

Amongst other topics, our expert speakers and panellists will discuss the digital employee experience, how EDI will develop and what the balance of remote/hybrid/onsite work will look like in the short-medium term. The sessions will also cover the crucial topics of mental health, nomadic talent, sustainability and key technologies that are impacting the world of work going forward.
