Since joining the company in mid-2018, Phil has helped more than double the company’s size. Previously, Phil was Senior Director of Marketing at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, responsible for all marketing in the US for its $1B+ Insurance division. A former developer and technologist at heart, Phil has been fascinated with AI and was part of bringing several telematics, identity management and intelligent automation solutions to market over the past two decades. Phil holds a Masters in Data Management from DePaul University and loves weightlifting, playing the drums and coaching his son’s baseball team.

Alan Walters is an Assistant Vice President at Conning, a leading global investment management and research firm. He is a research analyst focused on CMP and GL lines, the broader InsurTech ecosystem, and ad-hoc consulting assignments. Prior to joining Conning, Alan worked in InsurTech roles at The Hanover and Travelers. Alan began his career by holding a number of strategic, marketing and underwriting roles at Travelers and at GEICO. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in Actuarial Science and holds both CPCU and ARM designations from The Institutes.
