As we look towards #LetGirlsPlay month in July, our W&G Coach Development team will be delivering this workshop to help clubs and providers provide a positive first experience for females attending their first session.

Suey and Chris will share their top tips for connecting with players who are new to the game so that they feel a sense of belonging and want to continue coming back each week. Ideas around how to make session activities enjoyable through choice & voice, and appropriate stretch & challenge will be shared. The development needs of female players across various ages and stages will also be discussed.
