Greg received his PhD from the University of Wisconsin - Madison (Department of Food Microbiology and Toxicology). He began his post-graduate career at Abbott Nutrition, and for five years focused on developing innovative probiotic solutions for adults and children. Greg then held several positions in a 15-year career at Danisco - DuPont, including Global Probiotic Technical Director and Global Business Development roles. In 2013, Greg joined forces to acquire UAS Laboratories, a probiotic-focused dietary supplement company, where he held the role of Chief Scientific Officer. In 2020, Chr. Hansen acquired UAS Labs, and Greg now enjoys the role of Sr. Director –Scientific Affairs within the Human Health business unit. Current responsibilities include discovery research using various pre-clinical tools, as well as human intervention trials. Greg has published multiple papers in the areas of probiotic clinical benefits, application know-how, and microbial safety parameters.

Jordan Breslauer is the Vice President of Data Analytics & Customer Experience at Social Standards, a company whose technology enables customers to develop next-generation business and investment strategies rooted in the voice of consumers. Jordan has been with the company for three years, playing an integral role in the product's evolution and carving out the core use cases that drive customer success. In this role, Jordan has worked closely with BofA for the past three years helping the Global Equity Research to unearth valuable insights on consumer trends across a variety of key CPG sectors.
