Emma Dugas is the Program Specialist with the North Texas Affiliate at Mothers Against Drunk Driving. Before joining MADD, Emma brings over 20 years of experience working with nonprofits and educating children and parents. Today, she strengthens parent-child relationships and provides community health education through prevention strategies focusing on reducing drunk and drugged driving as well as underage drinking. Along with the responsibilities as a prevention professional, Emma is an active member of the National Council on Family Relations, North Texas Crime Prevention Association, Dallas
County DWI Taskforce, and many more DFW coalitions to combat impaired driving. Her passions are youth and parent prevention programs, family relations, special education, and spending time with her husband and two amazing boys.
