Getting a win in Tennessee is not going to be a cakewalk.

According to BetMGM, the Titans’ -3.5 odds are tied with the Pittsburgh Steelers for the sixth-slimmest of Week 6. The Steelers are hosting the Cleveland Browns at Heinz Field at the same time the Titans and Texans are squaring off.

The only games that went over that threshold for the Texans were Week 1 in a 34-20 loss at the Kansas City Chiefs and Week 4’s 31-23 loss to the Vikings at NRG Stadium.

For the Titans, only the Week 1 opener at the Denver Broncos had a point total lower than 53.5, as Tennessee prevailed 16-14. Since then, the Titans have been involved in games with combined scores of 63, 61, and 58.

What the Texans will need to do is not turn the ball over, as simple as it sounds. The Texans have had a giveaway in every game this season, and it has been underscored by the lack of takeaways. Houston came up with two fumble recoveries against the Jacksonville Jaguars in last week’s 30-14 win. To beat the Titans, Houston will need more than a takeaway; they will need to keep the Titans from having extra possessions.
