I'm an internet entrepreneur, investor, and advisor who has started and bootstrapped several companies from inception to millions in revenues over the last 16 years. In founding Crowdfunder, I played an early role in JOBS Act legislation & regulations while engaging with leadership across Congress, the White House and the SEC. I'm a graduate of University of California, Santa Cruz with a degree in Economics.
