In founding Crowdfunder, I played an early role in JOBS Act legislation & regulations while engaging with leadership across Congress, the White House and the SEC. I'm a graduate of University of California, Santa Cruz with a degree in Economics. I live in Venice, California where I'm an Advisor or Board Member to a select group of early stage startups and social enterprises, and I surf when the waves are big.
