As the Global Ecosystem Presales Leader focusing on our partnerships in the field, I have the opportunity to work with our customers and partners at all levels of the organization on how our products can improve their daily lives. Any type of change is difficult and removing the obstacles to do so increases customer loyalty and partnership. I am a well-known public speaker, blogger, and moderator of events hosted by Red Hat, our customers and the industry. I specialize in digital transformations, platform implementations and education. Previously I focused on selling and delivering consulting engagements and growing the Northeast services region.

Colin is a technology enthusiast and proven thought leader, with a passion for seeing organizations succeed in digital transformation around DevOps. For more than 20 years, he has helped companies succeed in DevOps, Application Performance Management, and software delivery. Previously, Colin has held leadership roles at companies including Cisco, AppDynamics, Intuit, Dynatrace, and Compuware. Currently, Colin is Field CTO of Observability for Sumo Logic.

Bruno leads strategy and solutions for Sumo Logic, pioneering machine-learning technology to address growing volumes of machine data across enterprise networks. Before Sumo Logic, Bruno held various product and strategy leadership positions at SenSage, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), webMethods and others. Bruno holds an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and B.A. in Quantitative Methods and Computer Science from University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN.

Mitchell Ashley is a renowned strategist and technology executive. Mitchell has led successful IT, SaaS, and cybersecurity transformations. He’s led multiple teams in developing and bringing to market successful online services, cybersecurity, and networking products and services. Mitch serves as Principal of Techstrong Research where he leads a team of preeminent experts in digital transformation, DevOps, cloud-native, and cybersecurity. In this role, Mitch works with companies to align digital transformation and technology strategies to achieve disruptive goals and high impact results. Mitch is in high demand as a speaker at conferences the world over, and his popular DevOps Chats podcast engaging with digital leaders is one of the most widely followed in the field.

Frank has been active in the Cloud and IT Services space for the last 12 years and is leading the AWS Observability Partner Practice. As practice lead Frank has the mandate to create a striving partner ecosystem, enabling APN partners to build and market observability solutions. Prior to AWS, he was CEO for Stelligent, a DevOps and Observability AWS Premier Consulting Partner, exclusively focusing on AWS services across North America and Europe. Before that he was the AWS Channel Head and Chief of Staff for the president of one of the large systems integrators Mphasis. Frank is originally a “Berliner” but spent the last 18 years living in the UK, India and USA.
