Dave's foodservice background has covered every gamut of the industry as the nation’s award-winning top DSR (ID Magazine “Distributor Sales Rep of the Year,” Selling over 12 million to street customers) in 1985, to designing a pioneering nutritional and menu-planning software application used by nursing homes and hospitals, managing food manufacturing sales networks, riding with, educating and training thousands of DSRs, brokers, and manufacturer reps, and owning a barbecue and blues restaurant.
Since 2006, Dave has been helping build the non-profit “Association for Foodservice Distributor Representatives (AFDR).” AFDR is the voice of DSRs, the foodservice street sales force which now has over 5000 members from over 700 distributors. Today, Dave helps AFDR's DSR members and AFDR’s brand partners architect interactive sales systems.
