Sharae Gibbs - Founder - She Designs

Sharae Gibbs is the Founder and CEO of She Designs Creative Agency, LLC. She Designs provides technical training, mentorship, and career coaching to underrepresented women to bridge the diversity gap in the tech industry.

Sharae currently works as a UX/Interaction Design Manager for Johnson and Johnson. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art & Design.

In 2019, Sharae was invited to speak on a panel at Google for International Women’s Day. The focus of the “Rise Up, Reach Back” panel was to highlight women who have led incredible initiatives, and created space for other women to succeed.

In 2020, Sharae was featured in the The Black UX Collective list on Medium of 10 Inspiring Designers in Tech to Follow this Black History Month.

Joel Gill - Experience Designer

Purpose. Success Criteria.
From green screen to touch screen to screen at all. Joel work with organisations globally, to create & curate desirable, meaningful experiences.
He is a polymath. It's gorgeous. Running departments, leading teams or working independently, with C suite through to practitioner level stakeholders.
Joel is a mixologist of typography, colour, imagery, form, technology and, especially, content.
Creating ecosystems all over the world, that communicate purpose, and form.
Joel simply love what he does & is still totally in awe of his role and what it affords him.
He is also the Professional Standards Committee Director at The Human Centered Design Society.
