Claudia Love - Head of UX, Cloud Security - Cisco
Claudia Love leads an international team of product designers, researchers, and writers responsible for building cloud security experiences at Cisco. She has been working on making enterprise software more human-centered for over 10 years across the United States and South America. She is passionate about Design Leadership and DesignOps.
Thomas Meimarides - Lead Product Designer - Booking.com
Thomas has over 15 years industry experience in product design, user experience, and product development. Championing design systems, strategic design initiatives, and design thinking processes, he has been leading strategic product development and UX initiatives at the travel giant Booking.com since 2017. He has worked with teams working on new products and mature products in the B2B/SaaS space, B2C/consumer space, and on cross-brand initiatives with global teams in Amsterdam, Shanghai, Stamford, Seattle and Tel Aviv.
Prior to moving to Europe, he was based in New York City directing the product design and user experience at a fin-tech SaaS start-up, designing for consumer market data and editorial products at Bloomberg News, and led the creation of integrated brands and campaigns for a multitude of clients.
Rick Steele - Senior Experience Designer – Adobe
Rick is a designer and engineer for Spectrum, Adobe's design system. His focus is on custom tooling to make design systems predictable, maintainable, and accessible at enterprise scale. Before joining Adobe, Rick was a product designer and design systems maintainer at a number of fintech companies in San Francisco and Seattle.

Sunil is a Senior UX Designer at Aviva in London. He has been at Aviva for 3 years working across design systems, public websites, investments portals, events, and currently working on improving quote and pay journeys for the past year. Previous to Aviva he worked for Movebubble as one half of the design team and at Pancentric Digital working across multiple accounts such as PwC, DP World London Gateway and many more.
Sunil enjoys speaking/hosting for talks and conferences internationally. He also is passionate about mentoring and sharing with other designers.

Luke founded Tech Circus in 2015, having just sold his recruitment company after years of building and establishing various successful businesses. He began by organising a number of pub meet-ups that would soon escalate in scale to become The UX Crunch – which is now the leading UX meetup event in Europe.
