Vincent Hudson - Executive Director, Service and Product Design - Hiveworks

Vincent oversees the design disciplines at Hiveworks ensuring clarity and quality of work across the business. He has over 20 years of experience covering a variety of industries having worked with clients such as Cathay Pacific, adidas, Land Rover and Nokia.

Vincent is driven by collaborating with others to create things, whether they’re services, products, experiences or all of the above.

Liz Leakey - User Experience Consultant

Liz leads creative teams who make amazing digital experiences and use design thinking and playful techniques to create digital experiences that make peoples’ lives better. She is interested in business transformation and innovation, and is good at connecting the dots between organisational strategy, products, and the detailed designs we need to produce to make it happen. Liz gets a real kick out of developing people to be the best they can be, as designers, thinkers, facilitators, leaders, illustrators and problem solvers. And she like building teams and making sense of difficult problems in a collaborative way.

Jay Tulloch - Head of UX & Design - Metro Bank

Jay is Head of UX and Design at Metro Bank, leading a talented, user-centred team who use core design principles to help drive business goals and digital transformation. Before Metro Bank, Jay created user experiences for diverse user groups worldwide at Momondo Group and Sopra-Steria, delivering on the UK’s largest digital transformation projects.

Sunil is a Senior UX Designer at Aviva in London. He has been at Aviva for 3 years working across design systems, public websites, investments portals, events, and currently working on improving quote and pay journeys for the past year. Previous to Aviva he worked for Movebubble as one half of the design team and at Pancentric Digital working across multiple accounts such as PwC, DP World London Gateway and many more.

Sunil enjoys speaking/hosting for talks and conferences internationally. He also is passionate about mentoring and sharing with other designers.
