Nur Karadeniz - Head of Experience and System Design - Brilliant Basics, Design and Innovation Studios by Infosys
Nur Karadeniz is a design leader guiding multidisciplinary design teams at Brilliant Basics. Her global experience ranges from setting up design and innovation studios in Europe and the Middle East and working for companies such as BBC, Fjord, Microsoft studios. She is a designer by training with a background in HCI and technology, who believes in the power of happy teams. "Imagine a team with a joined passion who designs products and services to make lives better, what can stop them!"
Natalie Pearce - Head of Culture - SPARCK
Nat is a Strategist and Service Designer, who started her career in the world of digital banking before joining SPARCK in 2016, shortly after it had launched. Since then, she has been instrumental in shaping and growing the company into what it is today, while also working with a range of clients including Amnesty International, Fidelity, HSBC, Vocalink, ITV and the NHS. She is also part of the leadership team at SPARCK where she is responsible for their People & Culture strategies, leading and coaching their managers, and also overseeing Brand and Marketing.

Sunil is a Senior UX Designer at Aviva in London. Aviva is one of the UK’s largest insurance companies and is also one of the oldest at over 300 years old.
He has been at Aviva for 3 years working across design systems, public websites, investments portals, events, and currently working on improving quote and pay journeys for the past year. Previous to Aviva he worked for Movebubble as one half of the design team and at Pancentric Digital working across multiple accounts such as PwC, DP World London Gateway and many more.
Sunil enjoys speaking/hosting for talks and conferences internationally. He also is passionate about mentoring and sharing with other designers.

Luke founded Tech Circus in 2015, having just sold his recruitment company after years of building and establishing various successful businesses. He began by organising a number of pub meet-ups that would soon escalate in scale to become The UX Crunch – which is now the leading UX meetup event in Europe.
