    Nikki Buchanan, Moderator
    Director, Multicultural, Pandora
    Nicole Buchanan is a highly connected media executive with many contributions to the success of powerhouse brands including Pandora Media, Vibe, BET Networks, People, and A+E Networks. She is known for her creativity, wit, and innovative marketing strategies.
    In addition to her role as Sales Director, Nicole serves as a national lead for multicultural audiences and consumer insights. Her efforts have led to significant revenue growth across Pandora’s key business verticals. As a music fanatic, Nicole connects the radical influence of music with the rising trends in culture and consumer behaviors. She has led several talks for advertising agencies and associations around the significant role culture plays in the lives of key growth audiences. This powerful influence has led to the creation of truly authentic integrated 360 programs and retail partnerships.

    A graduate of Northwestern University, Nicole is a mom, wife, dedicated mentor, and committed volunteer for organizations that protect the rights of women and children.

    Kelli Hill
    Director, Awards + Brand Events, Conventions & Festivals at Netflix
    Kelli Hill is an EmmyⓇ Award-winning producer and currently head of Netflix Branded & Awards Events, Conventions, and Festivals. Hill notably spearheads the company’s groundbreaking awards event, FYSEE (a play on well known FYC – For Your Consideration), an annual event space and experience which has served as the cornerstone of Netflix’s buzzy and unique Emmy campaign events since 2017. She’s also led and executed awards campaign strategy for documentary feature films like Oscar-nominated “13th” from Ava Duvernay and “Quincy” centering music royalty Quincy Jones, as well as Oscar-winning films “Icarus” and “The White Helmets.” In addition to leading live events, Hill has also produced several televised events on behalf of Netflix including Oprah Winfrey Presents: When They See Us Now, for which she won an EmmyⓇ.

    Beyond awards campaigns, Hill has also been a tried and true events savant for key entertainment trade, brand, and consumer festivals such as SXSW, Toronto Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival, and more. Prior to her role at Netflix, she’s launched series at such events for AMC, IFC, Sundance Channel, and WEtv. From conceptualization, scouting, on-site management, and partnerships, Hill has built a reputation for flawless and fun event execution with meticulous attention to detail to ensure it.

    At Netflix and beyond, Hill is committed to mentorship and the development of young professionals seen through her work with groups like Netflix’s ERGs, “Black @ Netflix” and “The Village.” Outside of work groups, she’s also partnered and works with ABFF Greenlighters and LA HBCU Interns.

    Kelli is a wife and mom of two vibrant daughters who serve as regular reminders that her official post is the family CEO.
