    Nikki Buchanan, Moderator
    Director, Multicultural, Pandora
    Nicole Buchanan is a highly connected media executive with many contributions to the success of powerhouse brands including Pandora Media, Vibe, BET Networks, People, and A+E Networks. She is known for her creativity, wit, and innovative marketing strategies.
    In addition to her role as Sales Director, Nicole serves as a national lead for multicultural audiences and consumer insights. Her efforts have led to significant revenue growth across Pandora’s key business verticals. As a music fanatic, Nicole connects the radical influence of music with the rising trends in culture and consumer behaviors. She has led several talks for advertising agencies and associations around the significant role culture plays in the lives of key growth audiences. This powerful influence has led to the creation of truly authentic integrated 360 programs and retail partnerships.

    A graduate of Northwestern University, Nicole is a mom, wife, dedicated mentor, and committed volunteer for organizations that protect the rights of women and children.

    Monica Robles
    Key Account Director, Pandora
    Monica P. Robles is currently a Key Account Director at Pandora Media. Monica’s work over the last nine years at Pandora is reflected on the sales cycle and development of strategic accounts. She is a leader in Pandora’s work with the LGTBQ+ community organizing events such as World Pride, Live Out Loud (where she serves as a Board Member), New Alternatives, and The Ally Coalition. She has recently joined DIRO (D&I Advisory Board) for the Pandora Revenue Organization. Monica is also a contributor to the People of Pandora Podcast and the Pass the Mic Series.

    Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Monica moved to New York City in 1998 to attend Fordham University where she received a degree in Communications & Media Studies. She has made NYC her second home ever since. Currently, Monica resides in the Inwood neighborhood of Manhattan with her partner Katherine, their cat, and their dog. Together they run the micro Film & Theater production company Tres Brujas Productions.

    Zekeera Belton
    Vice President Client Services, Collage Group
    Zekeera Belton is Vice President of Client Services and Diverse Segment Strategist at Collage Group and is responsible for developing and leading efforts and programs to identify, analyze and help clients build cultural fluency. Zekeera leads the Client Services team to ensure member companies are extracting optimal value through fostering deep relationships and leveraging the full set of Collage capabilities – strategies, insights, analytics, and consulting – to plan and execute specific solutions that help clients activate and engage with America’s most diverse segments.

She is a subject matter expert with real-world know-how and application of national, regional, and grassroots strategies to reach niche markets, with a keen focus on Hispanic, Black, Asian, women, and LGBTQ+ people.

    Brooks Eubanks
    Senior Manager, Client Services, Pandora
    Brooks Eubanks is a Client Services Senior Manager out of the Atlanta office and has been with the company a little over 7 years. Her career path at Pandora has been fueled by a multitude of amazing people who have been willing to offer constructive feedback, encouragement and wisdom. Brooks sits on the DIRO Hiring & Talent Acquisition team, is a Co-Chair for Women ATL, and is a member of Mixtape & Pride. She is passionate about fostering a diverse, inclusive culture that supports women, BIPOC employees and others at every level in the company and makes Pandora + SXM better and more equitable today than it was yesterday. Outside of work, she loves to donate time and resources to My Sister’s House (an Atlanta nonprofit that offers shelter and crisis resources for women & girls), Angels Among Us Rescue (a local pet rescue where she adopted her sweet poodle) & Extra Special People (an incredible organization out of her hometown, Athens, Ga, that creates transformative experiences for people with disabilities and their families and empowers people of all abilities
