She works with the People Team at Buffer to reimagine what remote team collaboration looks and feels like. She loves making cool things happen for her coworkers and building a company culture across borders.
Most recently, her reflections on remote team collaboration have revolved around vulnerability and creating psychologically safe spaces for people to bring their whole selves to work.

Natassa Zervopoulos is the Director of Employee Experience at Venterra Realty. Overseeing human capital strategy in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, Natassa’s focus is on recruiting, training and retaining top talent in Accounting and Finance roles. Alongside her team and other senior leaders in the organization, this includes lifelong learning programs, annual engagement and leadership surveys, technology enabled recruiting and performance management and a career planning program, all rooted in the company’s core values.

Natassa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours in Accounting from the Schulich School of Business, A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation and is currently completing her CHRL designation. Aside from her current studies, she is learning something new daily from her husband and two young children.

As the Associate Vice President of Client & Colleague Experience at TD Wealth, her team partners with the Wealth businesses (Direct Investing, Financial Planning and Private Wealth Management and TD Asset Management) and support teams in Wealth Shared Services, Technology, HR and Finance to drive initiatives that improve the overall client experience and creates a culture where employees can do work that matters, grow in role and feel a strong sense of purpose and belonging.
Kim joined TD back in 2009, and has held a number of roles, including positions in Marketing, Product Development, and most recently building a client-facing team of 70+ phone-based Financial Planners and Investment Advisors.
Kim and her husband call the Upper Beach home, raising two active children and their best pal, Riley the dog. She’s recently picked up kickboxing and still enjoys running and biking across Toronto.
