Urologist and Men's Health Expert with Advanced Urology

Dr. Bhavik Shah is a Urologist who treats all areas of general adult urology with an expertise in penile length maximization and restoration, penile implant surgery, Peyronie’s disease (penile curvature correction), low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, urinary incontinence and enlarged prostate. His primary focus is to improve patient quality of life using the newest advances in medical and surgical technology.

He achieved a Bachelors in Finance from the University of Florida followed by a Medical Degree from Northeastern Ohio Medical University. He subsequently worked under the prestigious Dr. John P. Gearhart at Johns Hopkins Medical Center conducting research to improve the quality of life of patients with a rare medical condition called Bladder Exstrophy. Dr. Shah then completed his internship in General Surgery, followed by a residency in Urology at the University of South Florida. He is well published in topics related to bladder exstrophy, penile prosthetic surgery, penile length restoration surgery, urinary incontinence, kidney stones, and ureteral stricture disease. The focus of much of his research has revolved around analyzing surgical techniques to improve surgical outcomes and patient care. His research has been well received at numerous national and international conferences in multiple sub-specialties.

In addition to his devotion to research and the field of Urology, Dr. Shah is known for his patient-centered approach to medicine. He believes every individual is experiencing their condition in a unique way. For this reason, he tailors his treatment plan to the individual rather than the condition.
