Based on a large-scale questionnaire survey covering multi-industry and multi-scale enterprises in Shenzhen, this study adopts descriptive statistics combined with cross-group comparative analysis to systematically explore the diversified and differentiated demand characteristics of young employees in the new era. This paper defines post-80s, post-90s, and post-00s groups as the core young employee research samples. Through grouped comparisons of working hour systems, income structures, and work intensity, this study identifies prominent contradictions between corporate labor arrangements and employee demands. From the pioneering demonstration positioning of the Shenzhen Pilot Demonstration Zone, this paper proposes targeted optimization paths: standardizing the protection of employees’ rights to rest and vacation, constructing supporting systems for work-life balance, and empowering young employees with self-actualization and all-round development.
