Ross E. Schulman is a highly rated family law and estate planning attorney at Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A. in Naples, Florida. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York and is a Certified Financial Litigator (CFL™). Ross’ Juris Doctorate is from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law Yeshiva University. He recently completed the University of Miami School of Law, Heckerling Graduate Program in Estate Planning, with a Master of Laws in Estate Planning LL.M.
Before becoming a lawyer, Ross worked in finance and gained strong negotiation skills while working on Wall Street. He traded financial products at Spear Leeds & Kellogg (later Goldman Sachs) and Bear Stearns. He also worked as a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley, where he gained extensive knowledge about asset classes and various financial products. Ross is highly qualified to help you handle a variety of legal issues.
Marina Markelova is a Manager and Co-Founder of Aviscent Mortgage, where she plays a key role in the company’s growth, strategic development, and operational leadership.
Born in Daugavpils, Latvia, Marina came to the United States in 2002 through a Work and Travel program. She later graduated from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business with an Accounting degree.
Marina began her career in the mortgage industry as a Loan Officer Partner to her husband and Aviscent Mortgage Co-Founder, Frank Bispo. During the more than six years she spent working alongside Frank, Marina gained a deep, ground-up understanding of the mortgage process, learning the intricacies of underwriting, loan structuring, client service, and the industry's operational side.
It was during this time that Marina recognized the unique value of the approach she and Frank brought to the business. With Frank’s extensive experience and reputation for structuring even the most complex loan scenarios through creative, outside-the-box solutions, combined with their shared dedication to delivering exceptional service to every client, the foundation for something greater was formed.
Together, they began building the Bispo Mortgage Team within the brokerage where they were working at the time. As the team continued to grow and their client base expanded, they eventually outgrew the brokerage platform. This led to the creation of Aviscent Mortgage, an independent mortgage brokerage built on innovation, service, and strategic lending solutions.
Today, Marina focuses on the growth and strategic direction of Aviscent Mortgage, helping expand the company’s footprint, strengthen partnerships, and enhance the client experience. Her vision is to help modernize the mortgage industry by making the process smoother, more transparent, and even enjoyable for borrowers, so that when clients think about obtaining a mortgage, they feel confident, informed, and excited about the journey ahead.
Frank Bispo is the Owner and Broker of Aviscent Mortgage, bringing more than three decades of experience in the mortgage industry. Since beginning his career in 1992, Frank has worked with thousands of borrowers, helping them successfully navigate both home purchases and refinances. His business has been built primarily through referrals from satisfied clients and trusted real estate partners, a testament to the results, service, and trust he has consistently delivered over the years.
Frank’s success is rooted in his deep industry knowledge, creative loan structuring abilities, and commitment to finding solutions where others see obstacles. He has developed a reputation for helping borrowers secure financing even in complex situations by utilizing strategic lending approaches and a wide range of loan products that many traditional banks and lenders simply do not offer.
In recent years, Frank’s wife and business partner, Marina Markelova, joined him in expanding the business. Together, they built what is now Aviscent Mortgage, transforming a successful mortgage team into a rapidly growing brokerage serving clients across multiple states. Marina’s leadership and strategic vision have played a key role in scaling the company, strengthening partnerships, and expanding the reach of the Aviscent Mortgage brand.
While leading the company, Frank continues to personally originate loans and remains deeply involved in mentoring and developing the next generation of Loan Officers within the organization. He takes pride in sharing the knowledge and experience he has accumulated over more than 30 years in the industry.
One of Frank’s greatest professional rewards comes from helping borrowers who have been told “no” by other lenders. He particularly enjoys working with clients who were previously denied or advised to wait years before purchasing a home—and then helping them achieve homeownership in a matter of weeks through strategic planning and creative loan structuring.
Whether assisting a first-time homebuyer or an experienced real estate investor, Frank and his team at Aviscent Mortgage are dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial and homeownership goals. If a borrower is not quite ready today, Frank works closely with them to create a clear path forward so they can succeed when the time is right. This commitment to long-term relationships is why so many of his clients become lifelong customers, referral partners, and friends.
Outside of work, Frank enjoys traveling, attending live events, driving his Jeep, and spending time with his Boston Terrier, Lucy, and his wife, Marina.
