About This Summit

In this 4 classes series you will increase your flexibility through mindful breathing, longer holds, and fluid movements. Splits is a challenging pose, but fun to grow with and into.
Working with this pose is also a great opportunity to focus on your breath, ground your energy, and feel grateful for the body you have. Perfect for after a hard workout, run, or at the end of a long day, you will leave this class relaxed and rejuvenated.
