He previously transformed Citrix’s Asia business in his role as their Area Vice President & MD. Prior to this, Prem headed the Asia business for Kofax, a leading provider of software to simplify and transform businesses combining market leading capture, content, process management, data integration, mobile, e-signature, customer communications management, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and analytics capabilities. As part of this mandate he was responsible for Kofax's business across South East Asia, North Asia (including Greater China and Korea), Japan and India. He drove both direct and channel sales and grew the product business two fold in the four years he was there.

Previously he successfully led Software AG to transform their South East Asian and India business across all their business lines. A proven Sales Leader, he played a significant role in establishing and growing Software AG’s presence in the Banking & Financial Services market in Asia.

As the Director for Red Hat AI across the Asia Pacific region (encompassing China, Japan, India, ANZ, Southeast Asia, and Korea), I lead the specialized technical sales teams in building and executing the go-to-market strategy for Red Hat’s entire AI portfolio. My primary focus is driving the enterprise, commercial and public sector adoption of predictive, generative, and agentic AI solutions leveraging the Red Hat AI platform.

I work at the intersection of open-source innovation and high-performance infrastructure, helping customers deploy trusted Private AI solutions that are sovereign-by-design. My team is involves architecting environments utilizing Red Hat AI Enterprise, which leverages frameworks like vLLM and llm-d, and hosts leading open-weight models such as Llama, DeepSeek, Qwen, Nemotron and others. By applying advanced quantization techniques and optimizing the hosting layer with advanced LLM techniques (KV caching, PagedAttention, PD disaggregation, speculative decoding), we maximize efficiency and throughput.

To accelerate this mission, I drive strategic GTM alongside market-leading AI accelerators (NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, and Google TPU) and tier-one OEMs like Dell, Cisco, and Lenovo. Together, we architect compliant, Sovereign AI solutions that bridge the gap between complex hardware ecosystems and scalable MLOps/GenAIOps pipelines.
