Lorena's global experience in management consulting includes working with Fortune 500 clients to identify and capitalize on operating opportunities through custom-tailored improvements.
She is leading the digital revolution as a thought leader and digital trailblazer who understands the value of Humanize. Optimize. Digitize. and how to bring these three terms into real-life, real-world practices within an organization.
Lorena is currently at the forefront of enterprise wide digital design working with some of the worlds largest Digitalization projects, developing the roadmaps to take them forward for the next decade and enabling organizations and their leadership to understand the crucial components of successful digital change.
Lorena holds a Double MBA in Change Management & Strategy and Execution & Valuation from DePaul University, as well as a BBA in International Business from Florida International University. She is native in both English and Spanish, and speaks fluent Portuguese. She is the ultimate executor and implementer. With more than 15 years of industry experience, she brings to her role at Proudfoot a passion for driving positive, strategic change within organizations.
Trevor James
Managing Partner, EMEA Industrials
Trevor has been leading enterprise-wide change with global Fortune 500 organizations and SMEs for almost 20 years across multiple divergent sectors in 29 countries. He is focused on driving leadership change agendas; one that is fit for purpose and future fit whilst ensuring that we maintain our license to operate today and into the future. More recently, Trevor has brought his knowledge and expertise to the ESG platform by way of answering the question: How does leadership bring ESG from reporting and compliance to commitment and execution, running the organization to achieve safe, productive, engaging operations, profitably and sustainably.
As the Managing Partner for EMEA Industrials, Trevor is at the forefront of shaping Proudfoot’s ESG efforts and how Proudfoot partners with our clients to create and implement strategies that cut across People, the Planet and Prosperity
Trevor has completed a degree in Financial Accounting (University of Stellenbosch, RSA), holds a post graduate in Business Administration (Gordon Institute of Business Science, RSA) and has completed a program in Digital Strategy and Disruption (Cambridge Judge Business School, UK).
