How it works
You stay in control of access
Guest Viewing is simple to configure and gives you precise control over the experience:
- Turn it on when you want it. Enable Guest Viewing on the recordings where a preview makes sense, and leave it off elsewhere.
- Set the preview length down to the second. Define exactly how much of the recording guests can watch in both minutes and seconds, so your preview windows are as precise as you need them to be.
- Choose how visitors register. Present the registration form right inside the video player, or hand the moment off to your own embedding website for integrated workflows.
When a preview ends, the viewer is prompted to register and can then continue watching the full recording — so interested visitors become contacts you can follow up with.
