About This Summit
In this series, you’ll learn the foundations of inversions like headstand, forearm stand, and handstand and explore different backbends. It will transform your fear of going upside down and backbend. This bundle is designed to help you lean into that fear by teaching you safe alignment and technique for these poses. We will work on flexibility, strength, core and mobility and gain knowledge and confidence in our daily practice.
You can practice live or via recording (anytime you want) and you can also register for individual classes if you do not want to take the entire series.
