Next Up: IWLCA Coaching Symposium

The Next Up: IWLCA Coaching Symposium will expose potential coaches to the profession of coaching and provide them with the tools, mentors, and career advancement connections to deepen the pool of coaches in our sport and increase the retention rate for young coaches. The symposium will utilize a combination of previously recorded sessions available to participants on-demand, live sessions and panel discussions featuring current IWLCA member coaches, and small group participatory sessions designed to allow participants to interact meaningfully with current coaches.
