March Series : Backbends, Strength and Flexibility

In this series we will focus on Forearm Wheel and forearm stand (and the transitions in between).

About This Summit

In this new series we will work 360 degree on both strength and flexibility with one pose in mind: Forearm Wheel.
We will meet 3 times a week and we will work on different modalities.
Vinyasa Flows, Posture Clinics and Stretching/yin based classes with guided meditation.

All levels are welcome.
You can always practice live or via recording and the recordings will always be yours.
