About This Summit

Reconnect with your inner world and tap into your emotions. This series will guide you to a deeper connection in body and mind through intuitive, intentional sequencing. Each class is designed to open a different area of your body and engage your full awareness, taking you through inversions, deep hip and hamstring stretches, core strengtheners, and calming folds. By creating physical space in your body, you’ll create clarity and space in your mind and end class feeling more empowered, grounded, and present.
