Overview
Global organizations face complex and dynamic international data privacy regulatory regimes. Effective legal and compliance advisers help their global clients with tailored operational privacy compliance advice.

The objective of this program is to provide specific operational privacy compliance tools to legal and compliance advisers so they can help their global clients navigate these turbulent waters.

The Symposium is co-presented by the Southwestern Institute for International and Comparative Law and the Institute for Law and Technology, divisions of CAIL.

He also brings to this discussion his experience as Covington’s London office managing partner where he focused on GDPR issues. He also brings his perspective formed from his role as the general counsel for Gannett Co.
