About This Series
Build stability and flexibility in your practice while strengthening your muscles with three perfectly designed flows for each area of your body! Both workshops will be 1.5- hours and will focus on areas such as your core, glutes and shoulders. The third class in this series will be a 45 min total body workout with a focus on lifting and firming your booty! Expect to feel invigorated, balanced, elated, and bendy after each class.
