Rebecca A. (Becky) Burke is EY Americas Assurance Talent leader. Burke leads efforts to attract, empower, and inspire 20,000 Assurance professionals. Burke previously served as office managing partner at the Iselin, NJ, office of Ernst & Young LLP. She is an audit partner who brings more than 20 years of experience managing global audit engagements, including filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission and accounting areas such as restructuring, purchase accounting, foreign exchange, derivatives, and stock compensation. Burke has significant experience in the first-year transition of audit clients and has recently worked with The Children’s Place and Barnes & Noble, as well as with Ralph Lauren Corp. She also has extensive experience in carve-outs and spin-offs. Burke served as the treasurer and audit committee chair for Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Jersey.
