Dr. Rodolfo De Acutis is the Global PMO Lead for Nestle R&D (all categories) leading the implementation, governance and continuous improvement of Project Management Offices (PMOs) across all R&D Centres and covering all Nestle Product Categories in Americas, Europe, Asia, Oceania, and Africa. In addition, he is the Program Manager for Plastic Free Packaging and Sugar Reduction. He is responsible for delivering critical programs for “Plastic Free Packaging” solutions for Confectionery across the world in various formats. Dr. De Acutis is the Finance & Portfolio Strategy Lead for Confectionery R&D and leads a team of highly qualified individuals managing the Finance budgets for R&D Confectionery. He gives strategic directions on project portfolio prioritization to the Confectionery business and supports project delivery with continuous improvement techniques and root cause mindset using rigorous Black Belt Lean 6 Sigma methodologies.
