She develops unique curricula, using best practices in community building e-learning as well as live training, coaching and hands-on support for lawyers by integrating practical business skills with her legal substantive knowledge and experience.

Aileen founded QLex Consulting for in 2006 years and has been affiliated with a number of top-tier consulting organizations over the years. She has also served as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and in the U.S. office of Blaqwell Inc. At PwC, she augmented the benchmarking tools that set the industry standard: the Law Department Spending Survey and the Law Firm Statistical Survey.

Aileen has been recognized by her peers as a Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management, and by the government-licensed organization, The International Institute of Legal Project Management, where she is both a Fellow and an Accredited Training Provider.

Aileen's fundamental goal is to improve the effectiveness of law practice in serving clients and adding value to business outcomes.
