Noelle has had an unconventional career path across retail, entertainment and digital. Existing her first brand at the age of 26, Noelle has a passion for building brands that answer to a consumer want.

In 2015, she founded an e-commerce video platform powered by YouTube stars which was a first mover in the social selling space.

Noelle is now Head of Digital at Bacchus, a mid-size creative and brand agency, with offices in London and NYC. Her team runs paid, owned, and earned activity for a variety of lifestyle brands.

The agency is funding and incubating a start-up conceptualised by Noelle which tackles the problem of tracking and optimizing influencer marketing. This practice Noelle calls Influencer Performance Marketing which she believes will define the maturation of the industry.
