Michelle worked at the intersection of strategy, leadership, culture and people for over 20 years in international leadership roles in institutions including Lehman Brothers, Linklaters, Olswang and Kleinwort Benson, winning awards along the way. It was in the recovery of a traumatic cycling accident in 2015, that she discovered new approaches that could have profound results for corporate cohesion, growth and performance.

Michelle founded Courageous Co. to enable leaders and global teams to adapt, grow and create new possibilities to thrive at scale and with pace. Through her work, she does this in a way that fuses leadership and fitness principles into corporate consulting, coaching and development - not to get you fitter but to enable you to shift mindsets and behaviours more quickly than traditional practices.
